Chiropractic

Dry Needling

Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, is arguably a subcategory of western medical acupuncture. This is the use of solid filiform needles (also referred to as acupuncture needles)  for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome. It relies on modern scientific understanding of trigger point and nerve responses.
